Kevin Cramer, Owner of KLC Automotive Equipment began working as a Service Engineer for Chief Automotive Systems in 1981. While repairing equipment in auto body shops, Kevin quickly saw the need for quality and reliable service. Overtime relationships grew, and Kevin was consistently asked who could be trusted repairing equipment that he did not service. Kevin continues to stay true to his belief of providing quality and reliable solutions in today’s marketplace. He has surrounded himself with experts in the automotive collision industry and puts the customers best interest first.
Lore Genender joined the KLC team five years ago. Lore started her HR career with Guinness and moved into the accounting side of the business with Budget. She has always focused on creating and managing a connection between customer satisfaction and employees as an important resource during her 30 plus years of corporate experience. Lore’s ability to think “outside of the box” to meet the ever-changing demands in our industry has been instrumental to KLC’s ongoing Success. Lore balances her work life with the things that are most meaningful in her life. equipment that he did not service. Tim Schlung joined the KLC team over 7 years ago. Tim brings over 30 years in Senior leadership in multitude of Corporate environments to the KLC team. Tim has a passion for building successful organizations, mentoring and investing in young people. He is very invested in Auto Body collision shop flow and business methodologies and positioning KLC to be a valued partner in the industry. Tim is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping, off-roading and golfing.
Darrin joined the KLC team over 2 yrs. ago where he sell’s Automotive Equipment throughout Utah, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming. Darrin Mitchell comes to KLC from Orem Utah. He has been in the Automotive Industry since he was 15 Years old with a 3 yr. Military Deployment in the USN and a 2 yr. Army Reserve. Darrin is a I-Car certified technician as well as an instructor. Darrin says he has a great time training technician’s on repair procedure’s as he was taught. Darrin Owned A Body Shop for 13 yrs. where he painted vehicles, performed estimates, worked on framework and replace damaged panels. Darrin’s passion is working on framework due to the complexity and geometry involved in it. Darrin has been married 37 yrs. and has have 4 Daughters, 15 Grandchildren and two2 Dogs! Darrin love’s Camping, Fishing, the Great Outdoors and Spiritual Activities! Darrin ran the Equipment Division for St. Anthony Supply for 8 yrs. prior to coming to work for KlC. He has taken the required classes to become Master Certified with the Chief Product line offered by KLC. Darrin worked from Colorado for 1 Yr. when he decided to comeback to Utah where KLC offered an Opportunity to build the Utah Division as a valued partner.
Gus came to KLC over a year ago with over 20 years in the industry. Gus owned a small body shop and repair shop of foreign cars in Connecticut. In 1994 Gus was hired by Chief Automotive Technologies as a District Manager and was at the ground floor of the then new electronic measuring in the industry. Gus enjoyed training body men on the uses of computer measuring systems when commercial Computer systems were in their infancy . He has seen a lot of changes in the industry and adeptly navigated the inherent challenges common in this fast-moving industry. Selling capital equipment, training and servicing the industry is passion for Gus. Gus enjoys working on cars, going to the races and is a big fan of both Formula 1 and drag racing. He loves to work on his cars and “Soup” them up. Gus works on his cars by day, then goes dancing at night. He dance’s Salsa, west Coast Swing, Waltz, some line dances for fun.
